Genesis 4

1. And the man knew Eve his wife; and she conceived, and bare Cain, and said, I have gotten a man with the help of Jehovah.
2. And again she bare his brother Abel. And Abel was a keeper of sheep, but Cain was a tiller of the ground.
3. And in process of time it came to pass, that Cain brought of the fruit of the ground an offering unto Jehovah.
4. And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof. And Jehovah had respect unto Abel and to his offering:
5. but unto Cain and to his offering he had not respect. And Cain was very wroth, and his countenance fell.

23. And Lamech said unto his wives: Adah and Zillah, hear my voice; Ye wives of Lamech, hearken unto my speech: For I have slain a man for wounding me, And a young man for bruising me:
24. If Cain shall be avenged sevenfold, Truly Lamech seventy and sevenfold.
25. And Adam knew his wife again; and she bare a son, and called his name Seth. For, said she, God hath appointed me another seed instead of Abel; for Cain slew him.

22. And Jehovah God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil; and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever-
23. therefore Jehovah God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken.
24. So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden the Cherubim, and the flame of a sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.

คนเราเจอกันไม่ใช่เรื่องบังเอิญ

มีชายหญิงคู่หนึ่งรักกันมาก คบกันมา 3 ปี ทั้ง 2 ตกลงจะแต่งงานกัน
เมื่อกำหนดวันเรียบร้อย ฝ่ายชายเองก็รอคอยวันที่จะแต่งงาน
ต่อมาไม่นานฝ่ายชายรู้ข่าวว่า คู่รักของตนแต่งงานกับคนอื่นอย่างกะทันหัน
โดยฝ่ายหญิงเองก็เต็มใจ ไม่ได้ถูกบังคับแต่อย่างใด
เมื่อได้ทราบข่าว เขาทั้ง งง และ เสียใจ มาก
ร้องไห้ไม่กินไม่นอน ไม่นานก็ป่วยหนักเพราะตรอมใจ

เวลาผ่านไป ฝ่ายชายป่วยหนักขึ้นเรื่อยๆไปหาหมอเท่าไหร่ก็ไม่ดีขึ้น
ขณะที่นอนซมอยู่ที่บ้านนั้น มีหลวงตาแก่ๆผ่านมา
เมื่อมาถึงหลวงตาหยุดอยู่ที่หน้าบ้าน แล้วมองเข้าไปในบ้านจึงเคาะประตู
เด็กรับใช้ออกมาเปิดประตูพบว่า เป็นพระ จึงบอกว่า ไม่ทำบุญนิมนต์ข้างหน้า
หลวงตายิ้มอย่างมีเมตตาแล้วพูดว่า อาตมาไม่ได้มาบิณฑบาต
ในบ้านมีคนป่วยใช่มั้ย อาตมาพอมีความรู้ทางด้านการแพทย์นิดหน่อย
ไม่รู้จะพอช่วยได้รึปล่าว เด็กรับใช้ได้ฟังก็อึ้งแต่ก็บอกว่าตัดสินใจเองไม่ได้
ต้องขอไปถามเจ้านายก่อน เด็กรับใช้เดินเข้าไปในบ้านถามเจ้านาย
เจ้านายตอบอย่างตัดรำคาญว่าอยากเข้ามา ก็เข้ามา!

เมื่อหลวงตาเข้าไปพบที่ห้องนอนพบว่า
ชายคนดังกล่าวนอนอย่างหมดอาลัยตายอยากอยู่บนเตียง
สีหน้าซีดเซียว ร่างกายซูบผอมประหนึ่งครึ่งคนครึ่งศพ
เด็กรับใช้นำน้ำมาถวายหลวงตา พร้อมจัดเก้าอี้ถวายข้างๆเตียงของชายคนนั้น
หลวงตายิ้มแล้วพูดว่าอาการหนักเลยนะ
ชายคนนั้น นิ่งเงียบไม่สนใจในสิ่งที่หลวงตาพูด
หลวงตาตรวจอาการพอเป็นพิธี จึงกล่าวว่า โทรมมากเลยนะ
ชายคนนั้นไม่สนใจ หลวงตาบอกว่าไม่เชื่อ ลองมองที่กระจกสิ
ชายคนนั้นไม่สนใจ แต่ขณะที่หางตาชายไปที่กระจกแต่งตัวในห้องนอน
เขามองเห็นภาพของคนที่รักอยู่ในนั้น ไม่นานภาพของคนรักก็ค่อยๆจางหายไป
กลายเป็นภาพทิวทัศน์ชายทะเล

ที่ชายทะเลแห่งนั้นเงียบสงบ ไม่มีคนผ่านไปมา
ขณะที่ชายคนที่ป่วยนั้น มองภาพในกระจกด้วยความสนใจนั้น
เขาพบว่า มีศพหญิงสาวนอนเปลือยกายอยู่ที่ชายหาด
เวลาผ่านไปสักครู่ มีชายคนหนึ่งเดินผ่านมา
เขามองเห็นศพหญิงคนนั้นด้วยความรังเกียจ แล้วเดินผ่านไปอย่างรวดเร็ว
ต่อมาพักใหญ่มีชายอีกคนหนึ่งเดินผ่านมา เขามองเห็นศพนั้น
เขาสงสารจึงถอดเสื้อนอกออกมาคลุมร่างของหญิงคนนั้น แล้วเดินจากไป
พักใหญ่ๆอีกเช่นกัน มีชายอีกคนเดินผ่านมา
เขาพบคนนอนมีผ้าคลุมอยู่ จึงเปิดออกดู เมื่อพบว่า เป็นศพ
ด้วยใจสงสาร จึงจะฝังให้เรียบร้อย แต่ก็ไม่มีเครื่องมือจะขุด
เขาจึงตัดสินใจใช้มือทั้ง 2 ข้างๆ ค่อยๆกอบทรายขึ้นมา
เขาทำแบบนี้ไปเรื่อยๆ จนเย็น พอได้หลุมใหญ่พอสมควร
จึงได้ฝังศพผู้หญิงคนนั้นเรียบร้อยแล้วจากไป

จากนั้นภาพในกระจกก็เปลี่ยนเป็นภาพของศพหญิงคนนั้น
และก็ค่อยๆเปลี่ยนเป็นภาพของหญิงคนรัก เขาได้เห็นก็ตกใจ
พอสักพัก ก็ปรากฏเป็นภาพชายคนที่ 2
แล้วก็ค่อยๆจางหายไป เหลือแต่เงาของตัวเองในกระจก

ทันใดนั้นหลวงตาพูดว่า ทีนี้เข้าใจรึยัง ศพนั้นคือคู่รักของโยม
ชายคนที่ช่วยฝังศพเธอ ผูกวาสนากับเธอหนึ่งชาติ
ชาตินี้เธอเลยแต่งงานกับเขา ส่วนโยมช่วยคลุมศพเธอ
จึงผูกวาสนา 3 ปี ตอนนี้ครบ 3 ปี วาสนาสิ้นแล้วก็ต้องจากกัน

เมื่อชายคนนั้นฟังจบก็กระอักเลือดออกมา เด็กรับใช้ตกใจมาก
หลวงตายิ้มแล้วบอกว่า โยมรอดแล้ว เมื่อกี้โยมกระอักเลือดเอาเลือดเสียออกมาแล้ว
ต่อมาไม่นานชายคนนั้นก็ได้ออกบวชในที่สุด

^_^ คนเราเจอกัน ไม่ใช่เรื่องบังเอิญ ความสัมพันธ์ พ่อ , แม่ , พี่ , น้อง ,
ญาติ , เพื่อน , ศัตรู , คนรัก ฯลฯ ไม่ใช่ของเลื่อนลอย

วิธีคิด วิธีทำงาน ในวันนี้

ในวันนี้ฉันจะเป็นมิตรกับทุกคนที่ทำงานด้วยให้มากที่สุด

จะปฏิบัติเสมือนหนึ่งว่าคนเหล่านั้นมีส่วนให้ฉันได้ทำงานที่นี่ต่อไป

และขอบคุณที่มีพวกเขาเป็นเพื่อนร่วมงาน

ในวันนี้ฉันจะไม่ทำตัวเป็นคนช่างตำหนิติเตียน

จะพยายามมองเห็นข้อดีในทุกสถานการณ์

และหาข้อดีมาชมเชยทุกคนในที่ทำงานด้วย

ในวันนี้ฉันจะไม่ยืนกรานว่าทุกสิ่งที่ฉันทำ

จะต้องสมบูรณ์เพียบพร้อม

จะไม่พยายามทำลายสถิติความเร็วใดๆ

จะทำงานทุกอย่างตรงหน้าเต็มกำลังความสามารถ

แต่ไม่ใช่ด้วยความรู้สึกบีบคั้นจนทุกทรมาน

ในวันนี้ฉันจะคิดว่าตนเองมีความสามารถพอที่จะทำงานในความรับผิดชอบ

จะไม่มัวตั้งคำถามอย่างไม่จบสิ้นว่า มีตำแหน่งที่เหมาะสม

และได้รับคุ้มค่าเหนื่อยแล้วหรือ

ในวันนี้ฉันจะรู้สึกปลาบปลื้มที่ได้อยู่ในสังคมและยุคสมัย

ที่ไม่ต้องทำงานอาบเหงื่อต่างน้ำ ในสภาพอันโหดร้ายทารุณ

และขอบคุณที่ได้อยู่ในประเทศเสรี?ไม่มีใครมากะเกณฑ์ใช้งานได้

ในวันนี้ฉันจะรู้สึกมีความสุขที่ได้ทำงาน

และสุขกายสบายใจที่ไม่ต้องออกไปต่อสู้ในสนามรบ

หรือเจ็บป่วยต้องรอเข้าห้องผ่าตัด

ในวันนี้ฉันจะไม่คาดหวังให้ใครมาทำดีกับฉัน

จะไม่เปรียบเทียบรายได้หรือสถานภาพของตนเองกับผู้อื่น

จะพอใจอย่างที่ฉันเป็นอยู่ในวันนี้

ฉันจะไม่คอยเป็นห่วงว่า “แล้วฉันจะได้อะไรจากงานนี้”

จะคิดเพียงว่า..วันนี้ฉันจะเข้าไปมีส่วนช่วยในเรื่องต่างๆได้อย่างไรบ้าง

ในวันนี้เมื่อฉันลาออกจากที่ทำงานฉันจะไม่มัวครุ่นคิดว่าได้ทำงานไปมากแค่ไหน

หรือยังทำอะไรไม่เสร็จ..แต่จะนึกถึงเวลาค่ำที่รออยู่

และรู้สึกขอบคุณสำหรับงานที่ทำสำเร็จลุล่วงไปด้วยดี
